We find that our air-roasted coffees reach optimal flavor at least 7-10 days after roasting and will continue to taste great for weeks. Unopened, our steel cans keep out all air and moisture and will keep the coffee inside fresh for months. Just make sure to store them at a consistent room temperature.

Initially, no. This may change in the near future so keep checking in.

Coffee is best when it is ground just before brewing, so we prefer to sell only whole bean roasted coffees. However, if you add a note during checkout requesting your coffee to be ground (and which brew method you use) we will do our best to accommodate. Or, if you buy at our roastery we would be happy to grind it for you.
